Minium Order
Scrap Matrix understands the requirement for, at times, small orders. As such we do not have a minimal order requirement. However applicable postage rates apply.
Pricing
All pricing is retail and is quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD).
Postage and Handling costs are additional and will be added to your order prior to checkout. For more information please see 'Shipping & Returns'.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Out of Stock Items
Whilst we endeavour to have adequate stock of all items listed on our website, there may be times when an item is temporarily unavailable. We will contact you if any items you ordered are out of stock. You will have the option of having these items posted to you as soon as they arrive, substituting with a similar product or cancelling your order. You will not be charged extra postage for backordered out of stock items.
Payment
We accept the following payment types:
You can pay your account by depositing directly into Scrap Matrix's Bank Account.
If you choose this option bank details will be supplied to you.
Your items will not be posted until funds have been cleared in our Bank Account, which can take up to 2 working days to clear.

Please ensure you attach to your Cheque/Money Order a copy of your order so Scrap Matrix can identify the cheque identity.
If paying by Cheque/Money Order please be aware that goods will not be posted until the Cheque/Money Order has cleared in our Bank Account.
You can pay your account by selecting Paypal.
If you choose this option you will be able to pay by Credit Card or from your own Bank Account.
Paypal is a safe and secure way to pay and transfer is immediate.
Delivery Terms
Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days and posted as soon as funds have cleared.
Shipping
- Australia Post (within Australia)
Flat rate of $7.95 (if your products fit in a 500gm express satchel we will send this way - if not it will be sent regular post)
Express Post (under 3 kg and fitting into a 13" x 13" satchel) $12.95
If your order exceeds this limit we will contact you with the correct rate.
If you prefer, you can arrange to collect your order direct from our Darwin site.
You will not be charged postage if you pick up your order direct from our Darwin site.

Postage is set at a flat rate of $25.oo if your shipping charges are less than this the difference will be refunded.
Returns Policy
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order of any damages or shortages and we will replace the items or issue a refund. Returns must be received within 14 days.
